Kazama Auto | Carbon Racing Front Door For Lexus IS500
This is a collaboration with CF Lab! This
carbon fiber front door is designed for the Lexus IS500.
"No unnecessary materials" and "Safety first" are the two principles that inspired this carbon fiber door!
By integrating the polycarbonate window while leaving the window frame intact, unnecessary stays and other attachments are no longer needed.
The design also allows access to the interior service hole for easy replacement if the polycarbonate window becomes damaged.
Finally, a hat-shaped carbon fiber reinforcement is bonded to the door, reducing damage in the event of a collision and ensuring driver safety.
The reinforcement is connected from the door hinge to the catch, providing strength and a tighter closing feel than you'd expect from an aftermarket door.
Attaching a door trigger and strap also adds a stylish touch (sold separately).
The interior has a matte finish to prevent glare!
